5. (If they don't mention people outside of the workplace)  How about those that you communicate with outside of the workplace?
6. Can you give an example of what a normal communication process would look like?
7. Is this normal procedure what you would consider an effective method of communication?
8. What do you believe is the greatest challenge for communicating with others?
9. Can you name a time where an issue rose because of this challenge or something similar to it, and how the issue was solved at your workplace?
